A few tips for beginners:
The practice of yoga will not only change your body, it will change your life. You will learn knew ways to strengthen your mental focus, to practice creating emotional and physical balance, and live more mindfully in each and every moment. So don’t wait. Now is the time to begin. Most of our classes are suitable for beginners but we recommend hatha yoga or gentle yoga to start. If you have health related issues you may want to start with a private yoga therapy session first.
Our class sizes are limited to promote individual instruction. Once registered you can speak with your instructor about which class package is right for you. A single class is $14. We also offer a 2 week unlimited pass to new students only that can be purchased when we are open for First Friday. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Please come a few minutes early for your very first class. Let your instructor know if you have any medical conditions, injuries or are pregnant.
The studio doors will be open fifteen minutes before each class and closed five minutes after class starts.
Parking is available in the lot behind the Howards’s building.
We provide mats, props, and changing rooms.
Please turn off all electronic devices while you are here, unless you are an on-call provider, and enjoy the digital detox, it’s priceless!
